Situated at the end of town this popular site had a small garden & car park to the rear. Our team put forward proposals to push the garden back into the small unused car park and create an orangery extension to the rear of the pub.
The challenge was to create a level access to the rear retaining a delivery route through the garden. With the extra space created it enabled a further additional 50 covers internally and 100 covers externally.
